BECOME A VENDOR

Dear Applicant:

Thank you for your interest in the 2017 Jerome County Fair. The Fair will open on Tuesday, August 8th and will close on Saturday August 12th. The 2016 Jerome County Fair saw approximately 25,000 visitors passing through our gates.

Applications are currently being accepted for exhibit space. New applications will be considered after the requests for space from 2016 exhibitors have been filled. Contracts are then sent to all successful new applicants after April 15, 2017. Exhibits must be neat in appearance and professionally done (no blue tarp, plywood booths will be admitted)

Rates for the 2017 Fair are as follows:

Inside space
10’ x 10’ – $245.00

Outside Space
25’ x 20’ – $185.00
16’ x 20’ – $160.00
12’ x 10’ – $ 140.00

Outside Ag Show Space
All spaces = $240.00

Concession Show Space
All spaces = $225.00 + 12%

Booth Fee includes a $10 electrical inspection fee.

Food concessionaires and exhibitors doing direct sales are required to carry $500,000.00 public liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance is not required at this time, but will be required before the fair opening date if you are issued a contract.
